This miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall appear before Crime Branch Crime Investigation Department, Chennai every second Saturday at 5.00 pm. and mark his presence in Crl.MP.No.11231 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1232 of 2022 dated 26.09.2023.

The petition seeking relaxation of bail condition has been instituted mainly on the ground that the bail condition has been punctually followed by the petitioner.

However, the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent raised objection by stating that the investigations are in progress. Further, informed that the investigation has been transferred to Anti-Terrorism Squad, Old.No.56, New No.140, Narayanaswamy Building, II Floor, Santhome High Road, Mylapore, Chennai. Therefore, the earlier condition has been modified to the effect that in spite of appearing before the Crime Branch Crime Investigation Department, Chennai, the petitioner shall appear before the Anti-Terrorism Squad, Old.No.56, New No.140, Narayanaswamy Building, II Floor, Santhome High Road, Mylapore, Chennai on every second Saturday at 5.00 p.m.
