Crl.M.P.No.14578 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22001 of 2024 P.DHANABAL, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.22001 of 2024 dated 06.09.2024 in Para No.7(b) that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of four weeks.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition for the past 41 days. The learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] also confirmed the said fact.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has complied the condition for more than four weeks, this petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
