The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18871 of 2024 in Cr.No.336 of 2024 against the Petitioner Accused A1 to appear before Medavakkam Police Station, Chennai every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
