As against the order refusing remand of the first respondent herein, the remedy available to the petitioner herein is to file a revision and as such, interference by this Court under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code may not be proper.

2. With this observation, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a memo to the Registry seeking for conversion of the present Criminal Original Petition into a Criminal Revision.
