O R D E R
The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 06.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15579 of 2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and an absconding charge sheet has already been filed before the II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore and the same is yet to be taken on file. The said submission has been affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
