This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.(7)(b) in Crl.O.P.No.27791 of 2022 vide order dated 14.11.2022 by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners were granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.27791 of 2022 with a condition to report before the Inspector of Police, Thiruvallur Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders. Now, he seeks for modification of condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months. 14.12.2022 vkr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1/2
