ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 02.02.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.23395 of 2023, thereby directed the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T. Assistant with all consequential monetary benefits, within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent by his proceeding dated 04.03.2023 considered the proposal of the petitioner and approved his appointment with effect from his initial appointment.

Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. In pursuant to the approval of the petitioner's appointment, the Correspondent, Danish Mission Higher Secondary School, Thiruvannamalai, is directed to send a proposal for monetary benefits, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On receipt of the property from the School Management, the

respondents are directed to consider the same and disburse the benefits to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said proposal.
