This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the lower court in pursuance with order dated 03.11.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.26667 of 2022 in Crime No.176 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned court as ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
