This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.6(a) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22734 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6 (a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22734 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
