K.K.CHINNAPPAN SENTHILKUMAR Vs 1 RAVIKULAARSAN [ 1 & 2 RESPONDENTS IN CMP.NO.13509/2017 ] 2 DEVENDRAN [ RESPONDENT IN CMP.NO.13510/2017 ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of Injunction restraining the respondents herein from alienating or creating any encumbrance over the property comprised in S.F.No.115/3, Angarayanallur (West), Jayankondam sub registry Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District measuring an extent of about 47 cents (in CMP.No.13509/2017) pending disposal of the above AS.No.306/2017 and;
2) To suspend the operation of the Judgment and Decree dated 22/04/2016 made in O.S.No.4/2012 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ariyalur (in CMP.No.13510/2017) pending disposal of the AS.No.307/2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Order : These petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NIVEDA, Advocate for MR.A.JENASENAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of 1 and 2 Respondent Not appearing either in person or by an Advocate in CMP.No.13509/2021, the court made the following order:- These miscellaneous petitions were filed in the year 2017 and the same have been kept pending without any order, till this date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping these petitions pending at this length of time and hence, the same are closed.
