C.M.P.No.2481 of 2025 in C.M.A(Sr).No.138679 of 2019 S.SOUNTHAR, J.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay in representation is condoned on condition that petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand only ) to the credit of 'Chief Justice Relief Fund', within a period of two weeks, failing compliance, the delay petition shall stand automatically be dismissed.

2. In case, the above said condition is complied with, within the stipulated time, Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.

3. It is made clear that petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the delay period.
