A.No.5902 of 2024 in C.S. (Comm. Div.) DR. No.127186 of 2023 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., The suit has been filed for recovery of money, based on a contract. The plaintiff claims that major part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court for the following reasons: a) The contract was entered into between the plaintiff and the defendant only at Chennai;

b) Payments are payable to the plaintiff only at chennai.

2. Since part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue as prayed for in this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to number the suit if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
