Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records connected with the proceedings issued in C.No.258048/Con.3(3)/1995 dated 19.02.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to disburse the entire pensionary benefits admissible to the petitioner. 1/4

Dr.S.Suriya, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the entire pension and pensionary benefits have settled in favour of the petitioner. She further submitted that the petitioner had given an undertaking before respondents to withdraw the petition. The submission is taken on record.

2. In the light of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed have become infructuous. No costs.
