A.No.5573 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY. J., This application has been filed by the applicant seeking to extend the term of arbitration proceedings in Arbitration Case No.38 of 2018, since the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal extended by this Court was expired on September 2022.
2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that since some of the additional documents were filed by the parties at the later stage, the arbitration proceedings kept delayed. Hence, he seeks further extension for a period of six month.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.
4.In view of the above, a further period of six month is extended to complete the arbitration proceedings.
