After some arguments, Mr.M.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned writ petition but made a request to preserve the rights of the writ petitioner to file a fresh / new writ petition on the same cause of action raising inter alia grounds raised in the captioned writ petition.
