C.M.P.No.21124 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.133940 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 162 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.P.Kandasamy, learned counsel takes notice for 3rd respondent and Mr.S.Parthasarathy, learned counsel appears for the 2nd respondent. Notice to the 1st respondent was dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel appearing for 2nd and 3rd respondent fairly submit that they have no serious objection to the delay of 162 days being condoned.

4. In view of the submissions made, the delay of 162 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. 5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the learned counsels for respondent 2 and 3 at the time of admission.
