Heard Mr. Balan Haridas, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. C.Mohan, Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed to pass orders on the representation dated 28.10.2022 made by the Petitioner for payment of provident fund, balance of gratuity, correct fixation of pension of arrears of pension, leave wages, payment of special pay and the matured value of national savings certificate.

Since the said representation has been disposed by the Respondents after the filing of the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2/4

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
