Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to receive the petitioner's application and to register the application for the grant of fresh electricity service connection comprised in Old Survey No.678, Resurvey No.1275/1, measuring an extent of 1236 sq.ft. at No.74/1, 76/1 at Old No.126, New No.322, Waltax Road, Elephant Gate, Vepery, Madras in the petitioner's name on the basis of application presented by the petitioner on 06.04.2017 on getting the necessary charges within a time frame.
