2. Captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to fix an early date for final hearing in H.C.P.No.1943 of 2022.
3. Short point is, the detenu was arrested and detenu remains incarcerated from 20.07.2022. Detenu and the petitioner were blessed with a male child on 11.10.2022. To be noted, detenu's wife is the petitioner before us.
4. Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor confirms the date of birth of the male child.
5. The plea is, the detenu may get to see his infant baby if he succeeds in the habeas corpus petition. Further short point is the detenu has thus far not got opportunity to see his infant.
