ORDER

This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.

This case is registered for alleged offence under Section 294(b) , 352 & 506 (i) of IPC. It is submitted that the defacto complainant has moved to France for his avocation. His phone number and his address were not known and not reachable. The accused is attending the Court. The case is Page No.1 of 3

pending from the year 2015. Considering the nature of the case and the fact that the accused attending the Court for this long, any further continuance of trial will impon upon a right to speedy trial of the accused. No useful purpose will be served in keeping the matter pending. 3.

Accordingly, the proceedings in C.C.No.200 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Vanur, Vanur Taluk, Villupuram is quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.

11.09.2025 veda electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
