2. When the matter came up for hearing, it is reported that the sole accused has since died. As such, the case in S.T.C.No.707 of 2021 of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem is closed as having abated.

3. Accordingly, this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of. 10.09.2025 kmm electronically alone.
