This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. for a period of four weeks imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 25556 of 2022 dated 19.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.25556 of 2022 dated 19.10.2022 is relaxed. 1/3

However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e. 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
