The plaintiffs have presented this application for amendment of the plaint pursuant to the change in name of the defendant. Originally the name of the defendant was Vectone India Mobile Services. The name was subsequently changed to Vectone Solutions Private Limited. The defendant filed a memo enclosing the certificate issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs pursuant to the change of name.

2. In these circumstances, this application is liable to be and is hereby allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the plaintiffs are permitted to carry out the amendments in the plaint on or before 23.12.2022 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the defendant within a week thereafter.

3. List the matter on 09.01.2023.
