This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court Crl.O.P.No.21780 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024 on the petitioner that the he shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram every working day at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
