These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the second respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent. 2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Second Appeal.

4.Mr.T.R.Rajaraman, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for R14 to R16.

5.Post the second appeal on 16.02.2020 "for arguments".
