2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that certain important facts have been omitted to be stated in the previous affidavit. Therefore, those facts have to be brought on record.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the nature of averments in the affidavit filed along with the application, this application is allowed.

5. The registry is directed post the suit before the Additional Master IV for continuation of evidence on 02.12.2019 and the cross examination of the witness shall be completed on or before 06.12.2019 and post before this Court on 20.12.2019.
