This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the fair and decreetal order dated 08.08.2016 passed in I.A.No.265 of 2014 in O.S.No.171 of 2011 on the file of II Addl. District Munsif Court at Salem.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner appeared and submitted that already the original suit was disposed of on 18.09.2019 and hence, the relief claimed by the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition became infructuous. Therefore, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
