ORDER

This revision is filed challenging an order of attachment of salary in R.E.P.No.97/2015 in O.S.No.8 of 2010 on the file of Sub Court, Sankari.

2. This Court required the Registry to inform about the current status of R.E.P.No.97/2015, and it is informed that on 01.09.2017, the said E.P. itself was terminated. This apart, this Court is informed that the revision petitioner has passed away.

3. Since R.E.P.No.97/2015 in O.S.No.8 of 2010 on the file of Sub Court, Sankari has been terminated, this matter has become infructuous, and dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
