This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 7(b) of the petitioner vide order dated 29.04.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.9548 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 29.04.2024.

3. The learned counsel for the intervenor raised objection and stating that the petitioner has not complied the conditions within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

5. No representation on the side of the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
