(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.B.Ramamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent No.4.

2. The learned Government Advocate submits that proceedings under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, are still pending and the same may be concluded within three months.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for respondent No.4 submits that the temple does not come within the purview of the Hindu

Religious and Charitable Endowments Department and the application for Trusteeship is pending since the year 2022. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
