Heard Mr. B.Ramamoorthy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Srinivas, Learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Having regard to the nature of order proposed to be passed in the Writ Petition, which would not cause any prejudice to the Second and Third Respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. 3.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to pass an order on the enquiry proceedings held on 14.09.2018 in Na.Ka.No.303/2009/A11 dated 07.09.2018.

Learned Counsel appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the First Respondent has passed Final Order in Na.Ka. No. 14131/2008/A11 dated 10.01.2024 and its copy has been produced, which is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any 2/4

grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
