Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the Third Respondent in Proceedings No. Na. Ka. 2788/ 2021/VeMa3 dated 16.05.2022 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and to further direct the Third Respondent to execute a rectification deed pertaining to S. No. 229/4(Part), 229/6, 229/9, Chinna Onai Village, Anaikattu Taluk, Vellore District to an extent of 8300.05 Sq. Feet which is the subject matter of the gift deed dated 23.05.2022 registered as Doc. No. 2084/2022.

Heard Ms. V.Srimathi, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

Since the First and Second Respondents have been unnecessarily made as parties to the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition reserving the right of the Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition relating to the same matter with all relevant documents and impleading necessary parties and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. 2/4
