This petition has been filed to extend the time limit for executing the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 17435 of 2024 dated 26.07.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to furnish sureties due to ill health, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time for another period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
