ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner only for speedy disposal of the EP. No.3 of 2014 in L.A.O.P. No.85 of 1986, which is pending before the VI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2.Since the matter is pending from the year 2014 and the petitioner is aged about 80 years and in this matter already compensation was awarded to the party for the land acquired by the Highways department. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, this Court directs the Court below to comply the order as early as possible, within a period of eight weeks. Thereafter, send the compliance report to this Court, within a period of two weeks. No costs.
