This Criminal Revision Case has been preferred to call for the records in STC No.10283 of 2023 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC - II, Egmore, Chennai and set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.27802 of 2024 dated 30.05.2024.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Criminal Revision Case is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
