This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to seek permission from this Court to reconstruct the case bundle in C.R.P. SR. No. 30976 of 2019.

An affidavit to that effect has been filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition, based on which, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that, while handling the case bundle by the learned counsel, it was misplaced and therefore it became necessitated for the petitioners to reconstruct the bundle with the available papers.

In view of the said reason stated, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
