DHANABAL, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25068 of 2024 by order dated 14.10.2024 that directing the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Sessions Judge for NDPS Act cases, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as to directing the petitioner to report before the learned Additional District Court/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with by the petitioner regularly for more than days.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner that he has complied the condition for more than ten days, I am inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the NDPS Court, Chennai at 10.30 a.m., on every first working day of english calendar month until further orders.
