By order dated 24.07.2024 we had granted stay of execution of the decree on condition the appellant deposits a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- to the credit of the suit within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The appellant has come up with the present application seeking extension of time.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner / appellant is granted three (3) weeks time from today to comply with the order.

4. The trial Court shall accept the deposit on production of the web copy of the order.
