JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by D.Krishnakumar, J.) The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the request of the respondent/writ petitioner was considered and she was appointed as Noon Meal Organizer in the Panchayat Elementary School, Vaariyankaval, Perambalur District and she is drawing salary from the said panchayat and therefore, no further adjudication is required in the writ appeal. The learned counsel for the appellants further submitted that at the time of admission, the respondent/writ petitioner has gave an undertaking before this Court that in the event of the proposal to be submitted being accepted and appropriate orders are passed in favour of the writ petitioner, the respondent/writ petitioner may not be interested in pressing the relief compensation.

2. In view of the aforesaid undertaking given by the respondent/writ petitioner and the respondent / writ petitioner was also appointed as Noon Meal Organizer in the Panchayat Elementary School, Vaariyankaval, Perambalur District, vide proceedings of the District Collector, Perambalur dated 07.01.2022, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ appeal.
