ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to alter the FIR No.430 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police under Sections 407, 326 read with 109 IPC as per the petitioner's complaint dated 26.09.2019. 2.Mr.K.Prabakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner registered in Crime No.430/2019 for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC and the investigation is still in progress.

3.Considering the submission made by the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. the evidence would attract under Sections 407, 326 read with 109 IPC, the respondent is at liberty to alter the offence accordingly.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
