(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/appellants seeking to accept the cause title in the present Writ appeal.

2. Heard Mr.D.Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that she has no objection in ordering this petition.

4. We perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition, wherein, it has been stated that the second petitioner in the writ petition namely Mr.M.Chinnakannu is no more, and hence, the cause title given in this petition may be accepted accordingly.
