ORDER

1. This is an application filed by the applicant to treat and read the date found in Ex.P1 as 18.12.2022 instead of 27.02.2023 in Master summons and affidavit filed in A.No.2718 of 2025.

2. The petitioner stated that he filed an application for return of documents in A.No.2718 of 2025, and the same has been allowed on 23.06.2025. When filing the application and Master summons the date of Ex.P1 has been wrongly stated. The Hon'ble High Court was pleased to allow to correct the mistake in Order dated 24.07.2025. At this stage, the same to be corrected in the affidavit as well as Master summons also.

3. Heard the petitioner. Records perused. From records it is clear that the Hon'ble High Court was pleased to allow the applicant to correct the mistake as above stated. At this stage, the date of Ex.P1 must be 18.12.2022. At this stage, this application is liable to be allowed.
