The above Sub Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of M/s.M.R.Sakunthala, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner herein; and of Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, Government Counsel appearing for the Respondent herein; and upon reading the petition and

the affidavit of S.C.Mani filed in the Contempt Petition herein; the Court made the following order:- " This sub-application is filed to re-open the contempt petition No. 2048 of 2016 which was disposed of by this Court on 13.03.2017.

2. When this application is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 28.07.2015 in WP No. 22728 of 2015, which is the subject matter of the Contempt Petition No. 2048 of 2016, has been complied with and therefore, no order is required to be passed in this application. Recording the same, this application is closed."
