Crl.M.P. No.15718 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.23584 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.23584 of 2024 on 25.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every working day at 10.30 AM, until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case has now been committed before the XVIII Additional Court, Chennai in S.C.No.370 of 2024 and the next hearing date of the case is on 13.11.2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the XVIII Additional Court, Chennai for hearing on 13.11.2024 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Court. Thereby,the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.23584 of 2024 on 25.09.2024 is modified.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
