3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 94 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.Nos.5052 and 5072 of 2024 are ordered.

5. Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalath for the sole respondent in C.M.P.No.5072 of 2024.

6. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent in C.M.P.No.5052 of 2024 at the time of admission.
