O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents police to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.07.2019 and investigate the same.

2. Heard Mr.Bharatha Chakravarthy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. Despite several adjournments, either the petitioner or his counsel are not appeared before this court for the purpose of submitting the arguments.

3. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that in respect of petition mentioned occurrence, earlier to the filing of the complaint by the petitioner, one Sethuramalingam had lodged a complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent and after due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry, the case has been registered in Crime No.13 of 2020 dated 15.09.2020 in which the petitioner was arrayed as A3. The said submission is recorded.

4. Now on considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since for the petition mentioned occurrence, the case has already been registered against the petitioner, no further order is required to direct the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

5. For the reasons stated above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, accordingly.
