The petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on petitioner by this Court in paragraph 7(a) of the order dated 04.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20637 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the CCB Police, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly ordered.
