The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.6(b) by this Court in Crl.OP.No.19276 of 2024 dated 12.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
