The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 34 IPC and Section 66 D of I.T. Act, in Crime No.96 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Thus, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail for the petitioners. 3.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners/spouse are proprietor of the Mahalakshmi Agencies and authorized distributor of Castrol Lubricants in Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri from the year 1998. It is stated that they have current account with the Indian Overseas Bank, Krishnagiri and that their account had not been activated. 4.It had been stated that the second respondent/Cyber Police Station at Maharashtra have issued notice to the petitioners herein calling for enquiry. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. Anticipatory bail petition would not lie. The petitioners are directed to attend the enquiry on their own. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
