This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.15578 of2022 in Crl.OP.No.22257 of 2022 on 17.10.2022 to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders..

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
